Kevin Manning

Kevin Manning is a veteran communications professional with nearly a decade of experience working on and for political campaigns and government agencies. As a Vice President at The Herald Group, Kevin manages front line response to clients, while helping them achieve their strategic goals.

Before arriving at Herald, Kevin spent almost three years at the U.S. Department of Commerce, ending his tenure there as Acting Director of Public Affairs where he oversaw the speechwriting, digital, and press divisions for the Secretary as well as for the bureaus of the Department. Kevin also worked in concert with the White House and other stakeholders, crafting and implementing messaging strategies for Administration initiatives, while acting as the primary spokesperson for the Department.

Before his tenure at Commerce, Kevin gained experience as a senior analyst at a polling firm, worked as the head of operations on a Presidential campaign, aided on the development of grassroots efforts at a boutique consulting firm, and spent time on the Hill.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts from Xavier University.
