Robert Brooks is a Vice President at The Herald Group where he works to provide clients with strategic communication plans designed to meet their specific policy goals.

Before joining The Herald Group, Robert worked as a Legislative Research Assistant for the Oversight and Government Reform Committee in the U.S House of Representatives. While there he researched policy initiatives, drafted materials for committee hearings, and managed committee legislation on the House floor. Prior to his time at Oversight, Robert worked for the House Veterans Affairs Committee as a Press Intern whose main responsibilities included writing one page legislative briefs, drafting press releases, and editing video clips of committee member speeches.

Robert graduated from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Affairs along with a minor in Business and Commerce.
