The Herald Group’s Growth Continues: Julia Treanor and Caitlin Rush Join Firm; Kasia Mulligan and Amanda Bobbitt promoted

WASHINGTON, D.C. – May 4, 2016 – The Herald Group, LLC, a national bipartisan public affairs and issues management firm, today announced two new hires: Julia Treanor as senior director and Caitlin Rush as digital account manager. Julia will provide strategic communications and advocacy counsel to the firm’s expanding roster of corporate, industry coalition, associations and non-profit clients. Caitlin will serve as the newest addition to the firm’s digital practice, providing expertise and support to The Herald Group’s growing portfolio of digital campaigns.

Prior to joining The Herald Group, Julia served as the senior director of communications for the American Coalition for Clean Coal Electricity (ACCCE). While there, she led the organization’s digital efforts, designing and implementing digital strategies as part of larger communications initiatives. She also acted as deputy communications lead to the senior vice president of communications, serving as a strategic adviser and supporting earned media efforts. Prior to ACCCE, Julia worked at Adfero, a Washington, D.C.-based strategic communications firm, overseeing client accounts and leading all communications and public affairs efforts at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Academic Engagement.

Prior to joining The Herald Group, Caitlin oversaw digital marketing for trade associations and political and private sector clients at Endeavor Strategies, a boutique communications firm in Washington, D.C. Previously, she worked on Capitol Hill as the digital director for a member of Congress. Caitlin’s work has received attention from national and political press, and she has been featured on digital media panels at the Heritage Foundation and the Campaigns & Marketing Summit.

The Herald Group also promoted Kasia Mulligan to senior director and Amanda Bobbitt to senior associate.
