PROBLEM

In 2023, Congress renewed its attack on credit card companies and proposed the Credit Card Competition Act, which would gut rewards programs, limit access to credit, and compromise data security. Credit card companies were painted in the worst possible terms.​

Solution:

To change the tone and focus of the conversation, The Herald Group created “Guard Your Card,” a branded campaign that highlighted the consumer benefits of credit cards and showcased stories of families who value credit card rewards—and don’t want to lose them.​
