The Herald Group Names Advocacy Industry Leader Becky Boles to Serve as Chief Client Services Officer

WASHINGTON, D.C. – April 3, 2025 – The Herald Group is pleased to announce Becky Boles' appointment as the firm’s Chief Client Services Officer. In this newly created position, Boles will serve on the organization’s leadership team and work across key practice areas, staff levels, and client accounts.

Becky is a communications and public affairs veteran with more than two decades of experience advising and leading issue management campaigns for Fortune 100 companies, industry trade associations, and non-profit organizations. She has also established and led industry-leading training and capabilities development programs within agency environments to advance the professional skills of both experienced and young professionals.

During her career, Becky has led global teams supporting large corporations and organizations, including McDonald’s, Verizon, Dow Chemical, Lenovo, Bechtel, Rosetta Stone, and SC Johnson. Before establishing her own boutique public affairs firm in 2021, Becky held several executive positions in the U.S. and in the European Union at leading global PR and digital communication firms, including Weber Shandwick, Golin, APCO Worldwide and CRAFT.
