David is an Associate at The Herald Group after joining the firm as a Fellow in July 2025. Prior to joining The Herald Group, David interned for Crossroads Strategies in July 2024.
David’s professional experience in Washington D.C. has enhanced his writing and research skills across diverse policy areas.
David attended the University of Mississippi where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy in May 2025. While attending the University, David was a member of the Lott Leadership Institute and the Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College. He also pursued his passion for writing as an Opinion Writer at The Daily Mississippian.
In his free time, he enjoys watching movies, playing guitar, going to concerts, and running on the National Mall.
