Our Team

Caitlin Burns is a Senior Associate at The Herald Group. She supports content development, social media strategy, and client communications across multiple accounts. Her work focuses on developing clear, engaging messaging that advances client goals and strengthens digital engagement across platforms.  

Caitlin also helps direct the firm’s internship and fellowship program, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and professional development. She works closely with firm leadership to support early-career talent and build a strong pipeline for future team members.  

Prior to joining THG, she interned at a small public policy firm in Washington, DC, supporting advocacy and communications initiatives through research, content development, and media tracking.  

Caitlin graduated from Penn State University in May of 2021 with a B.A. in Media Studies and a minor in Digital Media Trends and Analytics.
