Cylee Gutting is a Director, Strategic Alliances at The Herald Group, advising on third-party engagement and coalition-building strategies for clients navigating complex regulatory and political environments.

Prior to joining THG, Cylee has worked for nearly a decade at firms and trade associations overseeing public affairs strategy and leading issue-based campaigns. His background includes extensive experience in strategic communications and government relations, having worked for chambers of commerce and chief executive officers seeking to improve public policy throughout the country. He brings deep expertise in coalition management, grassroots and grasstops engagement, and issue advocacy.

Cylee is originally from Kahoka, Missouri and is a graduate of Arizona State University where he studied political science with a concentration in media analysis.
