Haley Gross
ASSOCIATE
Haley works as an associate at The Herald Group, having joined the firm in July 2026. Prior to that, she worked as an External Affairs Associate at Penta Group, where she helped build multi-channel campaigns spanning email, social media, and live events to connect legislative, executive, and private sector stakeholders with original research and data-driven insights.
This experience built a foundation for her interest in education, healthcare, and national security policy, and sparked a broader curiosity about how research and data can shape the conversations that move policy forward.
Haley graduated from the University of Denver in 2022 with a B.A. in International Studies, and from American University in 2024 with an M.A. in International Relations. Outside of the office, Haley can usually be found at an old Hollywood movie marathon, curled up with a good book, or scouting out the next restaurant to try with friends.
