Hallie Neibauer is a human resources professional with more than 12 years of experience helping organizations support their people and grow with intention. She has worked across consulting, government contracting, nonprofit and agency environments, mostly as a solo practitioner, with expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, payroll and benefits, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement. Her passion lies in wellness initiatives and team building. 

Before moving fully into human resources leadership, Hallie spent more than a decade in education as a teacher and instructional coach, where she developed a strong foundation in training, coaching, communication, and professional development. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from West Chester University and is a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), Certified Recruiting Professional (CRP), Certified Cognitive Coach (CCC), and National Board Certified Teacher (NBCT).‍

She resides in West Springfield, VA, with her husband, three sons, and their dog.
