Malyia works as an Account Manager, Digital at The Herald Group, where she supports the development and execution of integrated digital strategies for clients across a range of industries. She manages digital campaigns from planning through performance analysis, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize messaging, targeting, and overall impact.
Prior to joining The Herald Group, Malyia worked as an Assistant Media Buyer, primarily focusing on television, radio, and digital buys for consumer goods companies. In this role, she managed media placements, coordinated with vendors, and ensured campaigns aligned with client goals and budgets.
During her time at Clemson University, Malyia completed two digital marketing internships at IMGE, where she gained hands-on campaign-based digital marketing experience. At IMGE, she developed a foundational understanding of digital workflows and content execution, giving her early exposure to the fast-paced world of digital communications.
Malyia graduated Cum Laude from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a minor in Brand Communications. She brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to the THG team and is passionate about using digital tools to create effective, measurable results for clients.
