Tess is a Senior Associate at The Herald Group joining the firm as a Fellow in July 2024. Prior to returning as a Fellow, Tess interned for THG in January 2024. As an Associate, Tess creates personalized communications content for a wide range of client industries.
Before joining THG, Tess interned for the National 4-H Council where she led civic engagement programming. She also spent many summers as a counselor at Camp Seafarer in North Carolina.
Tess graduated from Miami University in May 2024 with a BA in Diplomacy and Global Politics and an MA in Political Science.
